Your employer sends you an invite, you download the app to discover what’s available, access OnDemand content, book sessions, and use your wellbeing budget without the admin.

Organisations can credit your wallet. When a session is booked, you can use your credit at checkout. If a top-up is required, it will always be shown before you confirm.
