About this app

Ficharix is ​​the official time tracking and employee timekeeping app for Spanish companies. Clock in and out from your GPS-enabled mobile phone, check your hours, and request vacation time—all in one fast and easy-to-use app.

It complies with Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, which requires all Spanish companies to record their employees' working hours. Each clock-in is cryptographically linked and digitally signed: it's impossible to alter records without the system detecting it.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• Quick clock-in and clock-out, with geolocation if your company requires it
• View your hours worked today, this week, and this month
• Complete clock-in/out history, month by month
• Request vacation from a calendar, with a balance of available days
• Request corrections to forgotten clock-in/out records (the original is never modified—a linked adjustment is created, as required by law)
• Push notifications when HR approves or rejects a request
• Switch companies without logging out if you work for more than one

FOR COMPANIES
• Multi-company: If you work for several companies, access them all with the same email—select with one click
• Cryptographic integrity (SHA-256 + RSA-2048): Each record is chained to the previous one. Modifying one breaks the entire subsequent chain, and the system detects it instantly. Defensible against a Social Security audit.

• Company-specific configuration: Your organization chooses whether to require geofencing, mandatory 2FA, data retention, etc.
• Full audit trail: Every action is logged with timestamp, user, and device

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
• Encrypted data in transit (HTTPS + certificate pinning against man-in-the-middle attacks)
• Session token stored in iOS Keychain / Encrypted SharedPreferences on Android
• Optional biometric unlock (Face ID / fingerprint) to open the app
• Two-step verification (2FA) compatible with Google Authenticator, Authy, and 1Password
• Servers in the European Union (Paris, France). GDPR compliant
