One place to view your balance, explore rewards, and track your activity, without physical cards or complicated processes.

WHO IS FIDEELY FOR?

Fideely is designed for people who participate in loyalty programs offered by companies and businesses. If your brand invited you or you already have an account, log in with your email or ID and start using your Coins.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Log in with your Persona credentials.

2. Explore participating merchants, promotions, and rewards catalog.

3. Collect Coins according to each merchant's rules.

4. Redeem rewards when you meet the requirements.

If you also participate as a collaborator or salesperson with a merchant, you'll have access to work features based on your role (goals, recommendations, and more).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT COINS

Coins are digital loyalty units defined by each merchant. They are not cash, do not constitute a bank deposit, and are not cryptocurrency, unless a specific program states otherwise in writing. The rules for collecting, expiring, and redeeming Coins are established by each participating merchant.
