I opened an account not long ago and i was asked to download the app thinking it was going to make everything easy for me but NO! I have installed and uninstalled the App more than 5times when i fill everything required of me then it will load and tell me error something something ππ try again later and it's been given me the same feedback since February to this March and is still doing that why????????

Please since yesterday (02/05/2024) my account was credited which I got the alert β but when I try to check the balance on the mobile app, the money hasn't reflected yet in the account. I don't know what the reason is.

This app is not user friendly. In comparison with banks like Ecobank, it is very much deficient. It's always saying it's updating once you try to transact.
