I am unable to add a cnick ring, it tells me that there is an error when I scan the ring, but does not give me information about what does wrong, that's a shame

Finally got it working. I was unable to use my fidesmo wearable or the app as it repeatedly told me no activation methods available. Glad I haven't wasted £60. Ended up getting it working by removing the pre-connected wearable and readding everything from scratch. Had to hold the watch strap against the phone with the app open for about 5 minutes for some reason. To be clear I didn't hear from the support team, but it was over Christmas.

Extremely rudementary, non intuitive , with different settings for which there is no description . For this to be a useful app and service it needs serious overhawl. Disappointing.
