With Alfabeto Banking you always take your bank with you.
The simple and complete app to be used in total convenience.
With the new Alfabeto Banking app you can:
- view the balance and movements of accounts and cards, even those held at other banks, check and analyze the progress of your expenses;
- manage credit, debit and prepaid cards and virtual cards, configure limits and methods of use abroad, connect your cards to digital payment services;
- make bank transfers and transfers, top-ups, pay bills, F24 and car tax, set scheduled operations and reminders;
- with the “SOS Withdrawal” function, allow someone you know to withdraw a small sum of money in emergency situations, without using the card, from any automatic cash register of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group.
Switch from the Banking app to the Trading and Assets apps with a tap.
The services and functions on the app are available within the limits and under the conditions set out in the contracts in place with Fideuram S.p.a./Sanpaolo Invest SIM.

Ratings and reviews

The app has always caused me throubles for the authorization code, which has never worked at the first trial. A lots of time I had to ask the SMS for it. In general the app is good, even though it is clear there is much space for improvement!

I want to just make one comment for filling out the form about the bank transfer. The pre marked label of bank transfer does not disappear when I type my text therefore, it seems jumbled.

App is really bad :( slow, otp codes are often not working. Interface and usability from '00s. Information to Patrimonio app is synchronised once in a decade.
