The app works well overall, but there’s one issue: When users buy all the books of a series separately, and later a “complete collection” version is released, the system doesn’t recognize that the user already owns the full set. It would be great if the app could automatically replace the individual books with the full collection in the library.

I’ve had a disappointing experience buying books in foreign currency via PayPal on Fidibo. I purchased two sets of books, and neither of them was added to my library. The first time, support never replied and I had to get a refund through PayPal. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again. I hope Fidibo fixes this problem for international users.

It's really frustrating, it's been a week that I have lost access to my account. I called the support team but they didn't do anything! My android version is 7 and they just told "the app. doesn't work on your android version!" I was addicted to this app. and bought a lot books also, l have fidiplus account that l had payed for it, I didn't expect such a ridiculous action from the SUPPORT TEAM! "Just DO SOMETHING" to solve the problem.
