Together with the Fidoo card, the Fidoo app is the most effective tool for automating employee expenses.

With the mobile app, the employee gets a solution where, after paying with the card, he or she immediately sees the expense, takes a picture of the just-printed receipt (which can then be discarded), adds the necessary data and sends the expense for approval.

The manager not only gets the same efficient tool for working with expenses, but also sees expenses and travel reports for approval in one place and approves or rejects them directly on the mobile phone after checking them.

With the Fidoo mobile app, employees don't have to spend hours at the computer or sorting and taping receipts to paper, but can do everything in the field on the fly and their expenses are then processed automatically AUTOMATICALLY.

What's new

In the new version of the application, we have expanded the detail of expenses with an additional field Accounting categories, which will allow better segmentation of these expenses for their subsequent faster accounting processing.
