It's useless. The setup screen on Android goes blank after the location permission prompt. I had to log in on an iPhone to pair the thermostat to WiFi and the app. Once set up, I can use my Android phone but the controls are unreliable. They either don't work or don't match the thermostat. I wish vrf heat pumps worked with Google Nest.

Lennox has seemingly abandoned this app and their customers who purchased the Real line of mini splits with wifi connectivity. I and my dealer have not been able to get the units to utilize wifi , it's been 5 months. the units operate well as a dumb system but I paid for the wifi functionality. Dissatisfied!

App often fails to connect to our control, requiring restarts. The UI often reset and has to be set multiple times for it to stick. In general this app and controller lack a lot of features found in leading products like the nest thermostat. Even if you exclude all the learning things. And finally it has no integration for home automation like Google home or Alexa
