Customer service is nice. But the app, and service help is terrible. We consistently had random issues, with everything.... We wasted tons of money and time trying this software. I would never recommend. Hopefully they get it together or they will go under eventually. Edit: no I don't intend on contacting you. Thanks but I have spent hours emailing and on the phone. Too many minor issues that should be able to be worked out, but we are told it is not possible.

I'll give the app 2 stats because it opens up. Other than that it is very slow to update and very cumbersome to use. Over all not impressed. Also when selecting dates the date jumps by a day or two so I need to constantly verify my dates are correct.

System constantly goes down. Company puts out untested updates that crash the system and refuse to roll them back until they fix the update. Reports don't work and they blame the user, telling us ti clear our cache or reboot. Then finally later admitting that there was a known issue. Instead of just being honest up front.
