About this app

Tasknex is the field-staff app for retail and field operations — brand ambassadors, merchandisers, promoters, cleaning crews, and event staff. It is provided through the employers, agencies, and brands that engage you. You sign in with an account set up by your organization; the app is not for general public sign-up.

For field staff, Tasknex makes it simple to:
- Clock in and out of shifts with a location check at your assigned site
- Complete your shift tasks with photo evidence, checks, and sign-off
- Log customer activity and track progress toward your daily target
- See your whole day at a glance — shifts, orders, and estimated incentive
- Message your supervisor: send text and photos, reply to a message, and react with emoji
- Take breaks and get reminded when your shift ends
- Work in English or Thai

For supervisors and operations teams, Tasknex provides a companion web dashboard with live attendance, scheduling, messaging, shift review, reporting, and payroll support.

- My schedule: see your upcoming shifts, with New and Changed badges.
- Time off: request leave in the app, and add a sick-note photo if you want to.
- My availability: tell your supervisor when you can't work.
- Open shifts: request or take an extra shift.
- Schedule and time-off notifications open the right screen, even right after you sign in.
- Clearer labels when a message has been removed.
Some features show only when your employer turns them on.
