FieldKo Atlas is a mobile field execution application for enterprise sales and operations teams. It enables frontline users to manage customer visits, execute structured field activities, and capture high-quality in-store data. AI-optimised photo capture and optional AI-driven analysis improve execution accuracy, compliance, and outcomes.

FieldKo Atlas is designed for organisations with distributed frontline teams who conduct store audits, merchandising activities, surveys, and structured in-store data capture. The application is built for enterprise deployment and requires an organisation account with valid credentials.

FieldKo Atlas provides visit management, calendar and map views, task execution, survey completion, AI-optimised photo capture, optional AI-driven photo analysis, execution validation, product and ranging activities, offline capability, account management, and Salesforce-integrated data capture.
Visit Management
Users can view and manage visits by status, including in progress, today, upcoming, and overdue. Visits can be created from assigned accounts, subject to configuration. The app supports check-in and check-out with geolocation capture, as well as recording visit notes and outcomes.
Calendar and Map Views
Visits can be viewed in day, week, and month calendar formats. An interactive map displays visit locations and supports route visualisation to improve field efficiency.
Task Execution
Assigned tasks can be completed during visits with progress and completion tracking. Users can record reasons for incomplete tasks, and task counts are updated automatically.
Survey Completion
Configurable surveys support text, number, date, picklist, and signature inputs. Photos can be attached, and partially completed surveys can be saved and resumed.
AI-Optimised Photo Capture and Management
FieldKo Atlas improves photo quality at the point of capture using an in-app camera with real-time guidance for focus, alignment, distance, and lighting. This reduces blur, glare, poor framing, failed audits, and unusable evidence. Photos can be attached to visits, surveys, tasks, and records.
AI-Driven Photo Analysis
When enabled, selected photos can be analysed using AI while users are still in store. Analysis can identify products, promotions, availability, and shelf conditions, convert insights into actionable tasks, and help address execution gaps during the same visit.
Execution Validation and Evidence
The platform supports before-and-after photo capture and AI-assisted validation to confirm task completion, measure performance against execution standards, and provide objective, photo-based evidence to stakeholders and customers.
Offline Capability
FieldKo Atlas supports full offline use in low-connectivity environments, with automatic background synchronisation and visibility of sync status when connectivity is restored.
Account Management and Data Capture
Users can browse assigned customer accounts, view account details, create visits, and create or edit standard and custom Salesforce records from the field, including file and attachment management.
