Fieldlok is the field operations app for property maintenance teams. Built for technicians, inspectors, and vendors working residential and commercial units.
EVERY SESSION STARTS WITH A SCAN
Scan the unit's QR code and everything you do — photos, inspections, asset records, work orders — is automatically tied to the right unit. No typing addresses, no filing mistakes.
INSPECTIONS THAT HOLD UP
Guided HVAC seasonal checks (temp split auto-calculated, static pressure, drain tests), life-safety walkthroughs (GFCI, smoke detectors, P-traps), and move-in/move-out walkthroughs with voice capture. GPS, timestamp, and tech name are stamped on every report.
ASSET TRACKING FROM THE DATA PLATE
Photograph a data plate and Fieldlok reads the model and serial number for you. Warranty windows, registration deadlines, and service history follow the asset automatically.
WORK ORDERS WITHOUT PAPERWORK
See your assigned work orders, submit completions with photos, quote jobs, and generate invoices — all from your phone. Drafts autosave, so backing out never loses your work.
