They work hard to make it less intuitive all the time. Since you asked... I have to select a tech every time I open the app, even though I'm a sole proprietor. There's no feature to automatically add assignments to my Google calendar. I have to select a button at the top left of the screen to switch between assignment types. My message log is filled with messages from assignments I haven't even applied for, and there's no way to delete them or even mark them read all at once. The list goes on.

From the start it was working fine. After a few updates, the SMS notifications stopped coming in and I have missed a lot of routed work. I have already uninstalled/installed app and have restarted my phone many times. I also updated Android OS. Really wish they could get this resolved quickly. It has been more than a month now. This is costing me money. Also, why charge a service fee for expenses??? I don't get it.

The FN app works fine for the most part. There are a few things I would like to see in this app that are available in a competitor's app (WM): 1- Edit the picture descriptions after uploading. 2- Remembering the WO that I am viewing after swapping apps. 3- Organizing the work order screen into categories you can swipe left and right between. 4- An "add to calendar" button that adds an appointment to your default calendar with the date, time, location, WO #, and description. ... and more
