FieldOps is the field service management application designed for maintenance teams: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and multi-technical. From the service ticket to the customer's signature, everything is done in a single tool—at the office on the web, on mobile, and on tablets, even without an internet connection.
THE FIELD, CLEARLY EXPOSED
The technician starts their day with "My Day": their scheduled jobs, emergencies, and route. On-site, they follow a guided checklist, record data, take time-stamped photos, get the customer's signature, and close the job with a location check. The PDF report is sent to the customer even before they leave the site.
WORKS OFFLINE
No network? Work continues. Tickets, checklists, photos, and signatures are saved on the device and automatically sync when the connection is restored, ensuring nothing is lost. Designed for areas with uneven coverage.
