Ratings and reviews

Reasonably priced app, does what our business needs! I especially like the integration with things I already use like Google Calendar and Quickbooks. This is by far the most customizable software I've found, and the team feels considerably more honest than similar services. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the "onboarding bundle" they upsold us on to get an agent to help us set everything up isn't really necessary and is sort of overpriced.

Slow, convoluted and way too many steps to do simple things. One slight touch and it will delete all the info you entered but when you want to keep something, it takes several clicks to insure you will be able to retrieve that info. Photos and notes do not transfer when creating invoices or install services. You have to manually move them. It also takes about 8-10 clicks to send a estimate after you hit send the first time and then 3 more clicks to show that you have provided that estimate.

The support from their team is incredible! They got us taken care of right away. I was used to other field service platforms that don't have the ease of access to support staff the way Fieldpulse does. They definitely take care of their clients and it shows. (original)Ever since android 16 update, photos won't upload into the app rendering it useless in the field...fix this asap please!
