Ratings and reviews

Reasonably priced app, does what our business needs! I especially like the integration with things I already use like Google Calendar and Quickbooks. This is by far the most customizable software I've found, and the team feels considerably more honest than similar services. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the "onboarding bundle" they upsold us on to get an agent to help us set everything up isn't really necessary and is sort of overpriced.

Slow, convoluted and way too many steps to do simple things. One slight touch and it will delete all the info you entered but when you want to keep something, it takes several clicks to insure you will be able to retrieve that info. Photos and notes do not transfer when creating invoices or install services. You have to manually move them. It also takes about 8-10 clicks to send a estimate after you hit send the first time and then 3 more clicks to show that you have provided that estimate.

Make sure Fieldpulse is right for you before you sign up. My credit union can't keep a connection with their program and just got frustrated with using something that won't consistently work for me. Tried canceling but, am locked into paying the remainder of the year the contract was for.
