We have been with Fieldpulse for well over a year. There are constant sync issues between Fieldpulse and Engage. The call quality is okay. Decent for a voip but not great. we have been promised at least 5 times that the issues between Fieldpulse and Engage have been fixed but we still struggle *daily* with customer information not syncing. This is a built in integration, not a 3rd party. It should work better than it does, which is hardly at all. Would not recommend. Not even a little.

Don't sign a contract with these people. They are the worst money hungry thieves. I've ever met. They refuse to cancel my account and have continued to charge. My credit card a $114 for the past several months. And refused to cancel my account and act like they have the most airtight uncancelable contract of all time. save yourself some money and just build an app on replet. These people are not worth 1 cent.

Need some work and better features added to it. I wish they would input a calling blocking feature and have a better phone tree system where you can create a IVR, call routing, call whispering etc... But overall good VIOP system.
