We have been with Fieldpulse for well over a year. There are constant sync issues between Fieldpulse and Engage. The call quality is okay. Decent for a voip but not great. we have been promised at least 5 times that the issues between Fieldpulse and Engage have been fixed but we still struggle *daily* with customer information not syncing. This is a built in integration, not a 3rd party. It should work better than it does, which is hardly at all. Would not recommend. Not even a little.

I hate this app and it's counterpart fieldpulse. Constant problems, calls don't work on the app, texts don't alert when received. Wish they would get some real engineers to revamp the entire platform. Unfortunately I'm stuck with it for now but if youre searching for an app, search elsewhere!

during calls the screen does not fit phone. Also speaker does not turn on. so many glitches in general.
