Cloud is completely optional and off by default. Stay 100% local — no account, nothing leaves your device, exactly as the app has always worked — or turn on cloud to back up your plans, sync them across your phone and tablet, and share and mark up plans with your crew in real time. It's your call: plans only leave your device when you choose to back up or share them, unshared plans stay local, and you can switch cloud off anytime.

Imperial-first with feet, inches, and fractional precision — or switch to metric
Manual calibration or AI-assisted auto calibration that reads scale notation automatically
Snap-to-line geometry for accurate point placement on CAD/Vectorworks exported PDFs
Chain measurement mode for irregular paths and room perimeters
Polygon close for instant area calculations
Angle finder — place a three-point angle anywhere on the drawing

Markup:
Draw rectangles, clouds, arrows, highlights, and freehand markup directly on the plan
Drop rectangles and circles at an exact size, and save the ones you use as preset shapes
Add text notes, date stamps, and approval stamps
Sign and place your saved signature — store multiple signatures for reuse across any plan
Place and label counters to tally quantities of any symbol on the drawing
Move and resize any markup with a long-press; undo and redo any step
All markups persist between sessions and export with the plan

Cloud & sharing (optional, Beta):
Off by default — the app is fully usable with no account, entirely on-device
Back up your plans and restore them on a new device
Sync the same plan, with your markups, across your phone and tablet
Share plans with your crew and edit together in real time
Your plans leave your device only when you back up or share them
Turn cloud on or off anytime in Settings

Rare to see an app on your phone be so easy to use and helpful for real life! Can't recommend it more for carpenters or anyone else who does construction of any kind. it's got so many useful features that help you save time and organize your work.

great way to have access to plans and take notes as you go on site

So Far So Good - Super helpful with PDF docs ,prints . The measuring tool/scale is something that's hampered most of us in the field and speaking for myself it seems on point. (Sorry had to edit )
