Use 15Five on Android for:
Completing Check-ins and reviewing your direct reports’ Check-ins on the fly.
Leaving comments.
Employee feedback is a two-way process. Managers and employees can swiftly comment on answers directly in the app, re-align employees around company goals, and have important conversations on a regular basis so that small challenges don't fester into big problems.

Using @mentions
Responses to questions often involve more than one team member. Just @mention other stakeholders to loop them into the conversation and make collaborative decisions faster.

Passing-up answers
Managers can pass-up answers to their boss, providing top to bottom visibility around wins, challenges, and great ideas.

The 15Five app is perfect for remote teams to check-in every week, and for on-the-go managers and executives to know the pulse of their company from anywhere at any time. To use the app, you must already be a customer.

Ratings and reviews

Can not submit check ins from app. Everytime I go in to submit a check in I get an error message that says, "no internet connection. We can't display your info because it looks like you lost your internet connection. Try again later." I have internet access and cell phone data. I have also Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times.

I agree that adding the ability to enter 15fives through the app should be a priority. However, the 15five website is very mobile friendly and you can easily submit 15fives through your mobile device's browser. To make it even easier, add a shortcut to the website to your device's home screen and make sure to have the website "Remember" you to avoid having to re-enter your username/password every time. Hopefully, submitting via the app is on their development roadmap.

Poor software, doesn't really work on a phone. Best using a laptop. Try giving someone High Five.... the button is covered by the Android back button
