Pet Cloud features:

Inbox & Docs: Create folders for medical records, adoption records, vet bills, pictures, and create personalized folders. Especially helpful during a pet emergency: Access all your records wherever and whenever you need them; and upload and share documents with anyone.

Reminders: The Pet Cloud lets you know when the important stuff is due. You set the date, and it will remind you when your pet is due for their shots and vaccinations.

Connect: The Pet Cloud makes it easy for you to meet other pets and their parents. Use the search tool to discover who's around you and get connected. Chat, share photos, plan play dates, and more!

Loss Prevention: Unique pet tags integrate with your Pet Cloud profile. If your pet ever goes astray, they can be reunited with you using the unique code on the back of the tag. You and your family are alerted via text message.

Live Vet Access: Have a pet emergency or question for a veterinarian? Pet Cloud users can access live veterinary professionals 24/7.

Pet Insurance: The Pet Cloud seamlessly integrates with Figo Pet Insurance. Submit claims, add medical records and anything pertaining to your pet’s health through the app. Also, information about your pet’s insurance policy—deductible, payment history, coverage, etc.—is automatically populated.

UPDATE changing my 1 star review to 3 as I was FINALLY able to login to the app. Submitted a claim on 10/13 and still waiting for it to be reviewed and processed. Can not sign in to the app. According to tech support it's a known issue that the app isn't recognizing certain email addresses such as Outlook. The only solution given was to create a new email account which is ridiculous. Or to submit claims via email which they said will take longer to process. Very disappointed.

trying to submit a claim in this app doesn't work properly. After attaching the invoice it requires some sort of input with a dollar sign, but doesn't indicate what amount it's asking for (itemization or full invoice amount?!) I guessed and put the invoice total, it then displayed a "yes" and "no" button, nothing else. Yes or no WHAT?? When I tried "yes" twice in a row, it displayed 2 more buttons: "Agree" and "Disagree" with no other info or verification of data! What am I agreeing to? GLITCHY!

After setting up my account following the instructions, I've not been able to log in on this app. It just loops back to the login screen without any indication that anything is amiss. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset my password etc. but always the same result. I did receive a kind response from support, who said they "re-synced" the data, but alas, it didn't help. Same frustrating login loop. The AKC web portal does work, so I'll use that instead going forward.
