Ratings and reviews

Getting a loan through Figure was one of the easiest processes ever. However, this app is straight garbage. To put it plainly, it doesn't work......at all. I can log in to the website with no problem. Use the same login info for the app, and it says it doesn't recognize it. Try the one-time pass code option, and the code never gets delivered to the email. It's literally an unusable app.

Haven't been able to use the app at all. I get a notification that an update is required but there's no update in the play store that's available. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Did not fix the issue.

Everything about this company is awful including the app. Everything needs to be done electronically, yet nothing ever works, app included. They have zero care about your personal info. Regulators put us out of our misery and shut them down.
