About this app

1. It is used to connect to Fiido smart watch , The name of the Fiido smart watch is "Fiido_S3". and cooperate with the smart watch to record your steps, sleep, heart rate and other sports details. In addition, this APP also supports pushing SMS reminder notifications, incoming call reminder notifications, and other application messages from the mobile phone to the smart watch (Fiido_S3).

2. The control application for Fiido electric bicycles has a Bluetooth connection. You can issue commands to control the bike and also preview the cycling status in real-time.

Ratings and reviews

Before the recent update, I was able to turn my throttle on and off easily through the app. I had turned it off, but now after the new update, that feature seems to have completely disappeared. As a result, I can no longer use the throttle on my Fiido D3, which has made the bike much less convenient to ride. Please bring back the throttle control option or provide a way to enable it again - it was a very useful feature!

The app on the whole is good. But there are far too many steps between opening the app and unlocking your bike. There seems to have been an update which has made the app buggy when unlocking your bike now. When you click back, it opens a second version of the app and therefore you can't connect to your bike. It has a lot of potential but needs some serious work on user experience.

We're (wife & I) using the app for 3 weeks now, with 2 new C11/C11 Pro bikes. So far we're happy with the app. It connects fast, is easy to use, it is not full of useless settings. The widget is extremely helpful. For those who are unable to register via the app, check the spam/junk email folder for the activation email. 😀
