App is ok, it works most of the time. Often will crash while browsing drinks and trying to order and I'll have to reboot it a few times through the process. Overall it's generally functional and useful. I wish I was able to save my drinks, customization creations to a favorites list to select from, and that was the first tab to browse on a new order. We change often so loading my last order is generally un-useful for us.

I love Fiiz! I have, however, tried drinks I didn't care for. I would love it if the app offered a way to keep track of favorites/dislikes. For some reason I'm unable to see my order history which I was hoping to refer to to remind me which drink I'd previously tried and didn't like. Ordering through the app is easy but, like others, I've ordered for curbside and the app never offered the "I'm here" button. Also, I've ordered many times but my rewards never change.

Some things I would like to see on the app: 1. a way to "heart" your favorites, and an easy way to find those favorites; 2. Highlighted flavor options for the season, like the Crimson Splash. Great Christmasy flavor but I didn't notice that it existed until I stumbled on it by accident; 3. Faster way to pull up the menu - the only way to pull it up is to "start an order". It also takes forever to pull up the menu after selecting the restaurant. Faster please!
