I love Fiiz! I have, however, tried drinks I didn't care for. I would love it if the app offered a way to keep track of favorites/dislikes. For some reason I'm unable to see my order history which I was hoping to refer to to remind me which drink I'd previously tried and didn't like. Ordering through the app is easy but, like others, I've ordered for curbside and the app never offered the "I'm here" button. Also, I've ordered many times but my rewards never change.

Some things I would like to see on the app: 1. a way to "heart" your favorites, and an easy way to find those favorites; 2. Highlighted flavor options for the season, like the Crimson Splash. Great Christmasy flavor but I didn't notice that it existed until I stumbled on it by accident; 3. Faster way to pull up the menu - the only way to pull it up is to "start an order". It also takes forever to pull up the menu after selecting the restaurant. Faster please!

Very helpful to see all options. Love that I can preorder. For my Pixel pro android, the top options like soda type did not pull up the specific drinks that has the base flavor. The search feature is very helpful, but without to descriptions for the search it was more difficult. The ease of checkout and graphics were clean and clear and I was able to soo my account/frequency points clearly, but the scrolling drink menu didn't work.
