Some things I would like to see on the app: 1. a way to "heart" your favorites, and an easy way to find those favorites; 2. Highlighted flavor options for the season, like the Crimson Splash. Great Christmasy flavor but I didn't notice that it existed until I stumbled on it by accident; 3. Faster way to pull up the menu - the only way to pull it up is to "start an order". It also takes forever to pull up the menu after selecting the restaurant. Faster please!

I love Fiiz! I have, however, tried drinks I didn't care for. I would love it if the app offered a way to keep track of favorites/dislikes. For some reason I'm unable to see my order history which I was hoping to refer to to remind me which drink I'd previously tried and didn't like. Ordering through the app is easy but, like others, I've ordered for curbside and the app never offered the "I'm here" button. Also, I've ordered many times but my rewards never change.

Using the app is fine, but I placed an order before leaving a friend's house and when I arrived and tried to have them "bring my order" the app said I arrived too early. It was almost 25 minutes from ordering to getting my drinks and it would have been longer had I not gone inside to tell them I was there. Disappointed that it wasn't a faster, easier way than the drive thru.
