About this app

OptVision — Your Institution's Dashboard

OptVision is the management application for the OptSolution suite. It
gives Rectors, General Secretaries, and administrative managers a
direct view of what's happening in their institution: the ongoing registration campaign,
receipts, and student numbers — without having to
request a report from anyone.

WHAT YOU SEE WHEN YOU OPEN THE APPLICATION

• Today's receipts, by currency, with the difference compared to the previous day
• The number of registered students and the number of faculties
• Users logged in today
• Payment trends over the last seven days
• Online registration campaign tracking

ONLINE REGISTRATION TRACKING

Track the campaign level by level, from the overall figure down to the individual applicant.

• Enrolled, paid, and processed applications, for the campaign or for a specific level
• Open or close each level to applications from your phone
• Gender breakdown, for the campaign as well as for each program
• Details for a program: enrolled, paid, male and female
• List of applicants by name, with each applicant's payment status
• A filter to view only those who have paid, or only those who have not paid
• Export the list as a PDF, grouped by specialization and sorted alphabetically, ready to be shared

PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS

• Transactions for a day, a week, or a date range
• Breakdown by payment method and bank
• Individual search: a student's payments, by reason
• Tuition fees, enrollment fees, and other fees
• Each item broken down by faculty

CONFIDENTIALITY

An institution's figures are confidential and for its own use.

• Hide amounts with a gesture: dots take their place,
the figures remain legible
• Certain roles never have access to amounts, with no way to
display them
• ​​Protect the screen: screenshots and the preview in the app switcher are blocked
• What you have already viewed remains legible offline, and
the app always tells you whether a figure comes from the server or from the device's memory

USER-FRIENDLY

• Light theme, dark theme, or your phone's theme
• Academic event notifications
• Change your password and profile picture from within the app

ACCESS

OptVision is designed for administrators and academic and financial departments of higher education institutions. Access requires an
account created by your institution: the app does not allow you to
create an account yourself, and no data is displayed until you log in.

Online registration tracking, level by level: registered, paid,
breakdown by gender, details by program, and the list of candidates exportable as a PDF. Transactions are now filtered by a date range, rather than
a single day.

The current figure remains the same, regardless of the time period
viewed elsewhere in the application.

Amounts can be hidden, and the screen can be protected against screenshots.
