Fold & File is a virtual, interactive filing cabinet. It allows you to store and categorise your documents as you would in a physical filing cabinet at home, with the ability to easily find your files from anywhere using our mobile and web applications.

Some features include:

- Structure and categorisation of all your files

- Use the Entity field to file your documents against specific people, properties, vehicles, businesses or pets in your household.

- OCR capabilities to minimise your data input

- Different Document type templates allowing you to upload and capture relevant information for Important documents, Bills & Payments and Receipts & Warranties.

- Dashboard view for quick capture of current state

- Capture payment details such as Payment Date and Receipt number for each bill

- Part payment data capture capabilities

- Mark Bills, Important Documents or Receipts to include in Tax Returns at the end of the financial year

- Receipts & Warranty file type to allow you to store and manage any big (or small) purchase documentation and associated warranty information.
