This is my first time ever having to do recovery and I was quite concerned, so when I'm it found the files easy peasy, you can imagine my relief. Until I realized they were only viewable from within the recovery app. I tried to share one and it just inserted a link to downloadthe app, I didn't hit send. not much of a recovery if I haven't actually regained access and it's just being facilitated through some mysterious third party app that I don't want because I'm trying to do a factory reset.

One star for retrieving pictures. NOTHING ELSE WORKS. I put a logo on a picture and on a video, also a different sound in a song. Then I checked and it saw them in my phone stuff. Then I deleted them. Only the picture was found. Reinstalled, and made a second set and tried again... Same result. Also, tried with internet on and off... Same result. Is this a SCAM ? Because THIS APP NOT WORKING Please let me know something.
