Aveho takes you from a full home to a downsized or empty one. It replaces a giant mess of spreadsheets, group texts, hundreds of internet searches, and dozens of phone calls with one end-to-end solution. Faster, easier, and far less stressful than doing it any other way.

CATALOG THE WHOLE HOME WITHOUT TYPING ANYTHING

Walk through the home room by room and photograph the items you're ready to part with. You don't type a thing. Aveho's AI looks at each photo, identifies the item, writes a description, and estimates a value range for it. The stand mixer in the kitchen, a garage full of tools, a closet of shoes - all cataloged in minutes, not days. Review, adjust, or add details as you go; the heavy lifting is already done for you. (Value ranges are AI estimates to help you decide, not formal appraisals.)

SHARE ITEMS EASILY AND FAIRLY

Invite the people you want to share with: family, friends, neighbors, anyone you want. Once they log in to Aveho, each person sees all the items you've shared and privately rates what they're interested in. You see the big picture. Who wants what? How many things do they want? Which things do they want the most? No more sending hundreds of texts and trying to keep track of everyone's responses. Everything is right there for you. Aveho can even recommend a fair way to divide things up, taking into account everyone's item ratings and the value of those items.

SORT AND MANAGE SELLING AND DISPOSAL

Once you've built your inventory, Aveho's Smart Sort helps you figure out what to do with each item. Sell? Donate? Trash? Smart Sort considers things like effort to sell, local demand, what donation centers are accepting, and whether an item requires special disposal. It then provides practical guidance for each category, plus a list of nearby drop-off locations and pick-up services in your local area. No more wasted trips to the donation center just to come back home with that old mattress or dorm fridge. No more wasting hours and hours posting items that will never sell, and just end up in the recycling anyway.
