I'm at the top of the group I'm in. I am happy it helps other people. The company is kind and helpful to me. No it hasn't gone perfectly. I had months of not getting credit for my scans yet I kept scanning. Why, to help other humans in the limited way I can, and hopefully to help the planet and the other animals who inhabit it. Reduce, recycle, reuse, repurpose, go vegan!

I liked the app, but then they did an update to the entire app and I completely lost engagement with it. I really liked contributing to the causes and I find myself scanning less now. The help/support staff are incredible! They are fast and friendly when you report an issue. But the update in my opinion ruined the ability to track your water intake. They changed the format to favor groups, which could be cool but the execution isn't good, unless you like seeing every state listed as a group.

Google Playstore is making me write a new review, but customer service got back to me very quickly, and the app has been updated since my last review! Everything is working. Very easy to update my profile, record the water bottles I save. It would be cool if it connected with a fitness app to monitor your water intake, like FitnessGuru or GoogleFit etc, but otherwise I am enjoying the new changes! Changing my 1 star to 4 stars!
