Update: Since my last review, I've only ever used FillASeat one time. If you live within a 15-20 min drive of the venue, and have late night Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays available, it might be worth the price. I've been a member for a little over a year and other than the one ticket I used, I can't say the money for the membership is worth it... because I'm not available M-W nights. However, if you usually have those nights available, and live nearby the venues, it might be worth it for you. Original review: The emails from FillASeat lack tact. They're so threatening with, "F YOU! WE ALREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY! You better not cancel HAHA! Now what?" That's not exactly how it goes, but pretty close. I pay for my membership. I expect to be treated like I actually paid the money that I have. I fully understand the no-show policy, but to have such savage response emails right from the gate is... savage.
Great! Works perfectly! I love my subscription and getting notifications when new shows are available. At first it seemed like they had a majority deal with one venue, but now I just think that venue utilizes fillaseat more than other venues. Which is fine, there is always something to do on a night if I don't already have plans. Just make sure you sign up quickly for popular shows, because they sell out quickly! I'm very happy with fillaseat and would definitely recommend signing up asap.
Best seats always My favorite are the seats to the Phoenix Symphony. It's been wonderful getting to go for free. I love getting to see the comedian Paul Rodriguez. I don't go to anything at the Arizona Event Center. I went one time to see Neil Diamond tribute and was so disappointed in the seating and the sound that I left after about 10 minutes. I will definitely be renewing in January 2017.
App dead customer service no help Worked great but once a month would crash. Now hasn't worked for 2 weeks. Customer service useless to help. Says works on their end so there is no issues. App says can't find city and you can't manually choose it so it wont let u log in. Stuck going through Firefox to look for tix :-(
Great service, but the App does not work on my phone. Tech team said my phone's probably too old (I have a galaxy s4). I'm not buying a new phone just for this. Will still use the service, just not conveniently on my phone I guess. Be conscious of that when you get the App. With that said, I still enjoy the service greatly.
Straight garbage! This is terrible. There's nothing but lame shows on here. And I've knot had 3 or 4 to pick from. The support for this site is nonexistant. I do not recommend paying for this at all. I am so glad I didn't pay full price for my membership.
