You control automatic AI processing in Settings. Archived email is excluded from automatic processing by default unless you choose to include it.

FiloMail does not sell personal information. Customer prompts and outputs are not used to train public or foundation models without permission. FiloMail has undergone an independent Cloud Application Security Assessment (CASA) for restricted Gmail access.

Some features require FiloMail Plus and consume AI usage allowance. Availability may vary by account type, provider, platform, and region.

I tried a dozen of these mail apps over the years and this one might just beat all of them, it's quick, I like how it separates promotions from important and updates. I was able to add another account to my main Google account with minimal trouble. The only thing I noticed is that email deletion is a little slow. Not a deal breaker in any way. Great app.
