Easy to use and navigate, similar to standard smartphone camera app layout. Worked great until trying to install the camera/gimbal update through the app, Palm was temporarily inaccessible via wifi, but was fine after updating the camera directly from the SD card via Fimi website downloads section. Some options available on the camera are missing, but otherwise a very functional app for remote control.

Unusable app. I can connect to my palm 2 wifi, but the app will not find the palm 2. I have tried everything with no luck. I just got the palm 2 and am considering returning it. Very frustrating and has wated a lot of my time. ...search YouTube as many others have this same issue.

For anyone who cannot connecting the camera to tha app just follow this step : 1. Connect wifi via App 2. If the phone notification says this wifi has no internet connection just click the notif and press ignore, and back to the app and wait the camera will connect to the app. Before, I have a trouble to connecting the app and camera, and finnaly I can connect it very well.
