Today 3rd time in a month the app is not working... server is down... pathetic service... call service people are also not aware of the problem. Its quite amazing my all banking apps are working on wifi ... only parsik mobile app is not working with wifi ..it is working with mobile data. Not able to resolve the issue .. I'm using Samsung S9+ Now its all ok ... the app is working great.. working with wifi ...

i! Sorry for the trouble.To verify your mobile number, App need to send SMS to our server from your mobile number and for sending SMS we need Cellular Mode.You can use WIFI network after successfully registration. Everyone are facing same issue Developer have not tested this app and has launched in play store. Parsik bank you have to give this work to best developer. We are moving to digital India and you are late in this race. Get this digital soon and try to make everything from app compare it with Hdfc Icici kotak there app are doing everything . Please take this has feedback

Worst update and UI OF THE APP. whenever u login to app its required all the process to do again. All input get erase after logout. Also if I click on back button and then again go to app it will tel me to start from zero steps. I m not happy with

"Hi! Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Every time you open the app it will ask you to login by entering MPIN not anything else. If you go back from application it will be automaticly log out for security reasons. If there anything else please write to us at helpdesk@gpparsikbank.net or call our toll free number 1800 224 545.
