Your brain knows what needs doing. Starting it is the problem.
ADH-Do is a task initiation app built specifically for ADHD brains. Not a to-do list. Not a habit tracker. Not a streak app that makes you feel bad for having a hard week.
Just this: open the app, tell it how your brain is today, and it figures out what to do next.
HOW IT WORKS
Pick your brain state (soup? okay? actually functional today?), then choose how you want to start:
• Random pick — let the app decide. No decisions required.
• Dice roll — one of your tasks, randomly assigned. Done.
• 5-minute mode — commit to just 5 minutes. You can stop after. Really.
• Show me options — see a short list. You pick, we don't judge.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
No streaks. Streaks punish bad brain days and reward the wrong thing.
No guilt. If you couldn't do it, the app has a "couldn't do it" button. That's not failure — that's data.
No toxic positivity. The affirmations in this app were written by someone who actually has ADHD. "Done. That one was fighting you and you won." Not "Amazing superstar!! 🌟"
Off-day mode. When your brain is soup, the app backs off. You get one tiny thing, or nothing. Your call.

BUILT FOR HOW ADHD ACTUALLY WORKS
• Brain state check-in — what kind of day is it?
• Micro-steps — the app shows you the first physical action, so you know exactly how to start
• Multiple initiation methods — because what works Monday won't always work Friday
• Customisable rewards — sounds, visuals, affirmations (or none of the above, if that's not your thing)
• Your tone — direct, warm, irreverent, or minimal. You choose how the app talks to you.
• No account required. Your data stays on your device.
