DMI RAPID is the official field‑operations app for employees and authorised channel partners of DMI Housing Finance Pvt. Ltd. It streamlines every stage of the loan‑origination and servicing workflow—from lead creation to disbursal—inside a single secure environment.

Lead management – create leads, view assigned leads, and update status in real time

Loan application builder – capture applicant details, KYC, documents, and credit information

Dashboard & analytics – track pending, submitted, and rejected cases at a glance

Employee tracking – view task lists and on‑ground activity (authorised staff only)

Document sync – upload photographs, PDFs, and other supporting files even on low bandwidth

Disbursal & query management – respond to underwriter queries and trigger payout steps

Account Aggregator module – fetch financial data securely (consent‑based)

Security & access
Login is restricted to authorised DMI Housing Finance credentials.

All data in transit is encrypted; sensitive information is stored on DMI’s secure servers.

The app is not intended for public download and will not function without proper access rights.
