About this app

Finance Organizer is a private, local-only personal finance tracker for people who want to know exactly where their money goes — without handing a single byte to a bank, an advertiser, or an analytics company.

There is no account to create, no email to verify, and no cloud you didn't choose. Install it, open it, start typing. It works completely offline, forever.

YOUR DATA, YOUR DEVICE

• No backend. The app has no server of ours behind it — so there is nothing of yours to breach, subpoena, sell, or quietly repurpose later.
• No analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs. Nothing measures you.
• No account and no sign-up, so your finances are never attached to an identity.
• Your data is a plain JSON file you can open, read, and take anywhere. No proprietary format, no lock-in, no export queue.
• You choose where backups live. Point Sync at any folder you control — Drive, Files, Nextcloud — and a copy is written there on every change. We never see it.
• Reminders are generated on your device. Nothing is sent to be scheduled.
• Delete everything in one step: Android settings → Apps → Finance Organizer → Storage → Clear data.
• The only time the app talks to the internet is Google Play Billing, to check whether you own Premium. That is between you and Google; it never includes your financial data.
• And if this app ever disappears, your installed copy keeps working and your data is still a file you own.

• Track checking, savings, cards, cash, and custom accounts, each with a running register
• Set monthly budgets and see what is actually left — including a safe-to-spend figure for the rest of the month
• A dashboard you arrange yourself: net worth, monthly figures, spending by category, a heatmap, upcoming bills
• Look at one month or the last 3, 6, or 12 — every panel follows the period you pick
• Optional reminders before a bill is due, when a budget runs low, and a short weekly summary
• Lock the app behind your fingerprint, face, or device PIN
• Deleted items go to a recoverable trash, not straight to oblivion
• A guided tour on first run walks you through the real screens, and you can skip it any time
• Available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese

PREMIUM (OPTIONAL)

The free version is a complete tracker and stays that way — including reminders, budgets, biometric lock, sync, and export. An optional Premium upgrade adds depth:

• Insights — year-over-year comparisons and forecasts
• Reports — PDF and CSV for tax season, by month, quarter, custom range, or year
• Savings goals with projected completion dates
• Recurring transactions — set a repeat rule once, future entries appear on their own
• Multiple currencies with exchange rates you set
• Unlimited accounts and categories (the free plan includes the starters plus a few of your own)
• The Ledger theme

Monthly and yearly plans include a 14-day free trial, or pay once. Billed through Google Play; cancel any time. "Lifetime" means for as long as the app is offered — see the Terms for what that covers.

DESIGN

Light, Dark, and Ledger themes, clean typography, and a one-tap switch to hide every amount, so a glance over your shoulder on the train costs you nothing.

Not a bank. Not an adviser. It never moves real money, and it gives no financial advice — it is a clear, honest record of the numbers you put in.

What’s new

Smaller and faster. This update cuts the download by roughly a third and reduces memory use, so the app installs quicker and runs lighter.

It also fixes how the app fits around the status bar, gesture bar and camera cutout on newer Android versions — including in landscape.

Nothing changes about your data: it still never leaves your device.
