Absolutely Awful! Does not give up to date info at all, even when logged in. Useless! Example: debit card transaction as credit hours later it does not show at all not an accurate balance. Why give customer a wrong balance? Useless. If you can not check your balance? What the hell! Yes I have on several occasions contacted FPCU on the phone and in person! One time I was in the branch did a huge withdrawal and I freshly log in and show the gal I still have I super high balance on the app but not

Old app great, this app sucks. Takes 30 attempts to deposit a check, even with a high end samsung phone because it can't read the check. Defaults to turning the flash on, so you get glare. Defaults to assessing when to take the picture, and it guesses wrong. Basically you have to change the setting 2 x for each check, and it still doesn't get it right 90% of the time. Thankfully I have more than one bank, and honestly,, given the number of checks I deposit, is encouraging me to bank elsewhere.

Zelle doesn't work on Android. Was working fine and has been MONTHS that I've been trying to get it fixed with them. I get told I'll get calls on getting it fixed or looked into by another department. Then they make me re-do what the others keep asking-to delete/re-download, to log out log back in, that they "reset and should work in 15 minutes and try again"- it's infuriating. Save yourself and get another credit union.
