Zelle doesn't work on Android. Was working fine and has been MONTHS that I've been trying to get it fixed with them. I get told I'll get calls on getting it fixed or looked into by another department. Then they make me re-do what the others keep asking-to delete/re-download, to log out log back in, that they "reset and should work in 15 minutes and try again"- it's infuriating. Save yourself and get another credit union.

Old app great, this app sucks. Takes 30 attempts to deposit a check, even with a high end samsung phone because it can't read the check. Defaults to turning the flash on, so you get glare. Defaults to assessing when to take the picture, and it guesses wrong. Basically you have to change the setting 2 x for each check, and it still doesn't get it right 90% of the time. Thankfully I have more than one bank, and honestly,, given the number of checks I deposit, is encouraging me to bank elsewhere.

"Remember Me" feature never works, everytime I open the app and select any menu it requires me to login again. Samsung s22

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration. “Remember Me” only saves your username and does not keep you logged in. For quicker access, please enable Fingerprint or Face Unlock under Settings > Biometrics. Let us know at digital@fpcu.org if you need assistance setting it up!
