I will give the app 5 stars when they fix the connection issues. If you click anywhere off the screen you will lose connection. Try to close a window, lose connection. Go to your gallery to get some info, lose connection. Literally 100% of the time you will lose connection unless you touch nothing. I can't imagine it is that difficult to do. This is the only app I have ever used that does this and it has been this way for years.

App cannot seem to grab proper image of check, even though it appears just fine in camera's frame. Spent 30 minutes with video assistant only to have to delete and download app again. We'll see if it works better after that.

The PFCU app was perfect when it first came out, but now I hate using it. Head sets no longer work with the app, so if you want privacy or you have a hearing deficit, you can't use it. Also, I usually have to hang up and try again before the app wakes up and realizes that I am calling.
