QNB Mobil allows you to access banking services anytime, anywhere!

You may easily track/manage your accounts and credit cards, transfer money and buy/sell foreign currency. You can also view exchange rates and use ATM/Branch Locator without logging in.

To start using QNB Mobil, all you need is your customer number and FinansPassword. If you do not have one, you can get it by calling our Call Center.

Version 2.6.3 If you are a native Turkish speaker or have a good understanding of the Turkish language then this app does everything a Banking app should do, until you change the language to English where you are presented with very limited options. In this mode you can do things like transfer money between Banks/accounts and cards, check your account, buy/sell foreign currency and use Western Union. There is NO facility for paying any type of utility bill which I assume most people would consider to be the main use of a Banking app. Every function that you may consider using is available under the Turkish language section, but not if you select English as your language. I understand that this app is constantly being updated/reviewed so I am hoping that the developers eventually add the missing menu items to the English section which would then make it an app you could actually use to its full extent.

user friendly, able to use in multiple languages. Very easy to navigate within the app tab bar on the left, when in need you can easily call customer service and they can finish what you started... Highly recommended.

The app works fine as long as you can access your accounts. I am blocked since reinstalling the app and after calling and emailing over 30 times I still have not had a reply. Customer service at it's lowest level. No back up from humans renders the app useless and pointless !
