At Finanzas a tu Lado (FINATUL), we are committed to transparency in our financial products. This application manages the following terms applicable to our four products (Boost Your Business, Boost Your Consumption, MicroSME, and SME):

Minimum and Maximum Repayment Term: The repayment term for all our loans is 16 weeks (112 days). We do NOT offer personal loans that require full repayment in 60 days or less.

Interest Rate and Annual Percentage Rate (APR): Maximum fixed annual interest rate of 108.0%. The average Annual Percentage Rate (APR) excluding VAT ranges from 199.96% to 214.31%, depending on the product.

Representative example (Product: Boost Your Business): For a loan of $30,000 MXN with a term of 16 weekly payments, with a fixed annual interest rate of 108.0% and a commission per period of $21.25 MXN. The average APR for this example is 214.3% excluding VAT.
