App is crashing and closing when try to get account statement. Please check and fix the issue. It's showing not valid session when opening detailed statement

Good experience with account opening in 5 minutes but need to add more features like other banking applications. Security is also major concern.

It shows rooted device, couldn't login. It was working till yesterday. All of a sudden getting issue. Please provide solution. It's the same device which bas been activated from the date of account opening. But these kind of issues are annoying
