IS: Dead game servers no connection. WAS: Highly enjoyable game. Last update left me with all the words blacked out, I cannot see my energy or stamina or messages. Will never get more than 4 stars till they clean up their chat rooms. 90% of the English channels don't speak English.

Hey i have a big problem guys. To Fincon, and the game developers of this game, I've been playing Hello Hero for almost 5 years and as far as i know i stopped playing this game for one year and when I install this game again the servers disappeared and all the game data was deleted. It was like all of my saved data was deleted or the game itself restarted. I have most of the rare heroes and i have lots of transactions with my account. How can I retrieve all of this when even my Facebook account can't connect to this game. Hoping for a fast response. Thank you

Was forced to lower this game's rating from 5 to 1. Fincon's moto is "Redefining mobile gaming ...", that could be true. But you guys are redefining it for the worse. The new Hello Hero games are not good at all, the graphics of original Hello Hero were great, the music and hero effects also. The new games are not even comparable to the old Hello Hero ... so question is why you stopped supporting the best game you had ever made?
