🎮 Win Balls — Game Overview
🔹 Win Balls is a compact color-matching puzzle played on a 5×5 grid.
You drag through adjacent balls of the same color to clear them, score points,
and watch new balls fall into place.
Each level gives you 10 moves, so every swipe matters.
▶️ How Win Balls Works
▪ Touch a ball and drag across neighboring balls of the same color
(up, down, left, right).
▪ The chain must stay connected — you can only add a ball if it is adjacent
to the previous one and matches its color.
▪ Release to clear the chain.
▪ Selecting only one ball does not clear anything.
▪ After clearing, balls fall down and new ones appear to refill the grid.
🚀 Level Start
Press Start to begin the current level.
When the level starts:
- the grid is filled with random colors;
- your move counter is set to 10.
🧩 Levels in Win Balls
Win Balls includes 5 levels.
After you use all 10 moves:
- the game advances to the next level;
- your score carries over through the run.
⭐ Scoring System
• Match exactly 2 balls: +2 points
• Match 3 or more balls in one chain: +5 points
Points are awarded per chain, so think about when to clear a short pair
and when to wait for a longer connection.
🚫 When You Get Stuck
Win Balls checks if there are any available adjacent matches on the board.
If no moves are available:
- the game ends;
- you can restart or exit.
⏸️ Pause Menu
You can pause the game at any time.
The pause screen shows:
- your score;
- your current level.
Available options:
- Resume
- Restart
- Exit
🏁 Game Over and Win Screens
If the game ends because no moves are available, you see a Game Over screen.
When you finish Level 5, a Win screen appears with your final score.
Both screens offer:
- Restart
- Exit
🎨 Colors
Win Balls uses 6 playable colors:
- Ed
- Purple
- Green
- Blue
- Yellow
- Orange
💡 Quick Tips
▪ Start by scanning the grid for easy adjacent pairs.
▪ Build longer chains when possible, but protect your remaining moves.
▪ If the board looks fragmented, clear a chain to trigger a drop and change
the layout.
▪ Avoid wasting moves on tiny clears unless you need to reshuffle the grid.
📐 Selection Rules
You cannot jump over cells.
You cannot add the same cell twice in one chain.
If you drag outside the grid and release, the chain clears only if it contains
at least 2 balls.
🧠 Strategy Notes
After each clear, the board refills from above, often changing several columns
that once.
When choosing between two chains:
- consider which one opens space for better drops;
- if you are low on moves, take the guaranteed points;
- if you still have room, spend a move to improve the grid and set up a
stronger chain.
📊 On-Screen Stats
Win Balls always displays:
- Moves
- Level
- Score
This helps you plan your next chain at a glance.
🖐️ Controls and Feedback
Selected balls are highlighted while dragging, so you always see the active one
chain before releasing.
The top UI shows your current score, level, and remaining moves.
