I am not receiving any app or sms notifications. Only getting email notifications which can be easily overlooked. I have called at least 10 times in last few months in their call center, but no solutions till date. They just received my problem, forward to their software team and no solutions...I had two devices, already detached one, now going to detach the other one soon.

Not receiving any app notification. Every month I need to contact the call center for confirmation of the bill as the app updates happen after few days. The call center also cant instantly solve any issues. The integration between payment platforms and app is very poor.

A Google user
The app is very basic. You should develop in-app notification for all activities, like- geofance, engine start/stop, over speed/ limit violation etc. Additionally, user should have notification control/enable/disable option in the the app. Looking for having these features in Finder App.
