Useless. When the item is next to the phone, it says they're far away. That's after you get through five ads! I'm using this for my cat, when I can't find him, the last thing I want to do is wait through a 2 minute ad for it to let me know if it is connected. And as far as I can see there's no way to even pay to get out of the ads. not that it works anyway. I am so incredibly disappointed. I expected more from Samsung. I will be returning all 4 smart tags. Useless.

too many ads interfering. I can Find the Tag but cannot connect to it to set it up.

Scammy. Requires the user to rate it as 5 stars to gain "full access", whatever that means. Immediately uninstalled it.
