When setting up the account, it showed ads first. it didn't show activation until later. it was very small at the top of the screen. the ad was very big. After I actually saw the small link to activate, it was confusing on the instructions. the first trial worked. After that, every time I tried to use it, it didn't work. the sound wouldnt come on, it wouldnt locate. the whole time it would show very big ads and a very tiny link to the tracker. Not very impressed and will NOT recommend.

Useless. When the item is next to the phone, it says they're far away. That's after you get through five ads! I'm using this for my cat, when I can't find him, the last thing I want to do is wait through a 2 minute ad for it to let me know if it is connected. And as far as I can see there's no way to even pay to get out of the ads. not that it works anyway. I am so incredibly disappointed. I expected more from Samsung. I will be returning all 4 smart tags. Useless.
