Features:
Dashboard: Overview of machine status with a pie chart, displays total open tickets by call and site type, and allows users to click on types to view detailed lists.
Statistics: ATM transaction data for the current day and yesterday by name and state, bar charts showing machine downtime by site type, machine status by state and category, and a list of top down sites.
Discover: Map interface showing nearby sites for field agents. Field agents can click on markers to view ticket details and get directions to the site.
Attendance: Calendar UI for attendance status, allowing field agents to punch in and out, and check their daily, monthly, or weekly attendance reports.
Reports: View and download reports by terminal, downtime, or on a daily basis, providing comprehensive insights and analytics.
Additional Features: Options to reset password, view user timeline, contact support, check escalation metrics, view terms and conditions, log out, and change profile image from the drawer menu.
