RAN Expense is Rantalainen’s travel and expense management application, designed to make handling expenses smooth, fast, and secure. It supports your company throughout the entire expense management process – from recording expenses to transferring the data to financial administration.

Employees can easily submit expense claims, mileage reimbursements, and daily allowances using the mobile app. All information is stored securely and is also accessible via a web browser, ensuring that up-to-date data is always available.

Through the user interface, you can customize settings, define approval workflows, and transfer data directly to financial management systems. This helps save time and ensures that accounting records remain up to date.

Electronic and digital receipts can be transferred seamlessly into the system, and paper receipts can be included simply by taking a photo with a mobile phone.
