About this app

Your inbox is full of tasks pretending to be emails.

FindTheAsk connects to your Gmail, reads the threads you're already drowning in, and pulls out the actual ask — what you owe, who's waiting on you, and when it's due. Those become real tasks on a real board. No data entry. No forwarding rules to maintain. No discipline required.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with Google and connect your inbox. Takes about ten seconds.
2. Our AI reads your recent threads and extracts every open ask, with its deadline and priority.
3. Review them in Triage — swipe right to accept, left to dismiss. Accepted asks land on your board.

Every task links back to the email it came from, so you're always one tap from the source. We never ask you to trust the AI blindly.

WHAT'S INSIDE

- Triage queue — a fast, swipeable review of everything the AI found. Nothing reaches your board until you say so.
- Kanban boards — move work through your stages by drag or by tap, whichever your thumbs prefer.
- Merged board — every connected account in one view, instead of switching inboxes in your head.
- Task list — search and filter by priority, due date, board, or assignee.
- Five-level priority — color-coded, so the urgent things are visible at a glance.
- Due dates, notes, and assignment — the parts of a task manager you actually use.
- Dashboard — throughput, cycle time, workload, and how much the AI is really saving you.
- Forwarding address — forward or CC any email to your private FindTheAsk address and it becomes a task. Works from any mail app, any account.
- Works offline — view, edit, move, and add tasks with no signal. Everything syncs when you're back.

YOUR EMAIL STAYS YOURS

- Read-only access. FindTheAsk cannot send, delete, or move your mail.

- Disconnect any account and purge your data at any time, from inside the app.

FindTheAsk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
