It's a great app to reclaim your time, but it's not very effective for those who struggle with executive functioning. Setting up the modes is incredibly grueling and tedious. There are no features that make setting up the profiles easy, especially if you have a lot of apps. I can't copy profiles, block whole categories, or get recommended apps; you have to go through your entire list of apps for each profile you want to set up. Nothing makes it easy. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew before.

The physical separation between your phone and the thing that unblocks it is the key. I got back so many hours. It's great that it's card shaped too, because it fits in your wallet and you can easily keep your phone locked on the go. I also like the ability to save different modes. I have one that blocks all distracting apps, and another that just blocks Instagram, which is my most distracting app by far. Overall great product, the genius is in its simplicity.

Schedules are still a headache, if there is any overlap one overrides the other. Also the modes within the schedules are simply unnecessary and much more convoluted than need be; the schedule itself should determined what apps are locked. Selecting apps to be locked is also a pain when you have 100+ apps and functions and no "select all" option where you can simply deselect apps you wish to work. Needs more variation for set break length, or maybe some sort of Pomodoro integration.
