Why do you suddenly ask for verification (본인 인증) to order food?? This app used to have the option to just order without an account and pay at delivery. It was great. Suddenly now it's not possible anymore. Apparently having a Korean phone number is not enough..you also need that impossible verification that doesn't even work for everyone, even if all the info is correct. What is the reason for this?? So unnecessary. Won't be using anymore.

Been using this app to order food for YEARS. Can't anymore and uninstalled! They logged me out and forced me to update my app to use it again. The new update requires you to use the PASS system to log in again which I can't do. Guess you don't want my business anymore. I uninstalled the app. Can I delete my account entirely from the website? Used this app MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY nearly EVERY DAY for YEARS! Big orders! So much money! Your loss. I'll have to use another delivery service now.

Service is terrible. It takes two hours from ordering to delivery because delivery personnel aren't available. This happens often. The food arrives cold, and they don't even offer any sort of apology. Yogiyo is the worst food delivery service in Korea. Don't use Yogiyo.
