The new app experience is terrible. Previously, the app actually went to the web site. I could shop and order thru the "app" even though the app just opened the web site. Now when opening the app, choosing to add an item to your basket opens the web site. After adding the chosen item, I have to close out the web site, which then shows me the app. The process is repeated for each item. Open app, open web page for ordering, go back to browsing, rinse and repeat. It's not worth using the app now

Can't shop directly through the new app as you were able to in the old one. New version sucks beyond!! ☆☆☆UPDATED RESPONSE....The new app that doesn't allow you to shop like the old one did still sucks. We should be able to click on the location that WE decide not the app and then shop at that location with a direct link. We also can not use points through the app or website still. Why not have a drop-down box for that? Just take the time to fix the issues rather than respond to an EX customer.

alot better now you don't have to switch back and forth from the web to the app. like it a lot easy to use nice layout!
